We do not accept returns on consumable items such as honey, rose water, or other natural products unless:

  • You receive the wrong item
  • The product is damaged in transit
  • There is a manufacturing or packaging defect

💸 Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only when:

  • The item delivered is incorrect, defective, or damaged
  • The order is cancelled before dispatch

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method (UPI, card, or bank account).

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Opened, used, or tampered products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Return requests raised after 48 hours of delivery
  • Clearance sale or discounted items

🔄 Replacements

If your item qualifies for replacement instead of a refund, we will dispatch a fresh item at no extra cost. Availability will depend on current stock.
